Home Made Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

- 1 Cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 24 oz. Organic Whipping Cream
- Pinch of ground Himalayan salt (1/2 tsp. For me)
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (I used homemade)
- 4 tbsp ground chocolate chips (Enjoy Life semi sweet is safe for me)
Start by grinding your chocolate to desired size pieces. Mix Whipping Cream, syrup, salt, extract together until combined well, then pour mixture into ice cream maker, turn to churn and add chocolate. Churn til desired thickness. We like ours thicker than a soft serve and store in air-tight container in freezer. Easy to make and adjust ingredients to your safe ingredients. This recipe we came up with is seriously old school, creamy delicious.
