Recipe
1 3/4 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
3 eggs room temperature
1/2 Cup Light Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbl spoons allergy free mini
semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350* Mix dry ingredients well. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl then add to dry until well combined (about 1 minute).
Pour into a 9×13 greased glass dish. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes for soft chewy bars.
